These past months have been a journey of both professional growth and personal introspection. After much soul-searching, I have decided to step back from my day-to-day operational role. I will continue as the CEO of CriusCo, but from now on, my focus will shift more toward serving as a strategic advisor. This decision is deeply personal and comes from a desire to invest more time in family, personal development, and the creative pursuits that fuel my love for innovation. To be frank, a mental health break is needed. My heart is not in the right place and has not been since last month.
